Long O Donnell's Picks Up New Projects and Frameworks - February 2018

In continued evidence of its successful long term client relationships, Long O Donnell have been awarded a number of new frameworks and projects during January and February. These are:

Cobh to Monkstown Estuary Project

Long O Donnell have been selected by Ervia to provide Employer's Representative Servies on their Cobh to Monkstown Estuary Project. The project has been let under the Portfolio Support Services Framework, and will entrail directional drilling of two 500mm diameter 1000m pipelines under the River Lee Estuary.

Ervia Risk Assessment Updates for Cluden

Long O Donnell has been selected by Ervia to provide Risk Assessment updates for its Cluden to Brighthouse Bay pipeline. This EU funded project will see a second pipeline installed between Scotland and Ireland to provide additional energy security for Ireland and the UK.

Forches Cross M&E Design

Working with Wales & West Utilities, Long O Donnell has been selected to provide detailed M&E design for the proposed diversion of the gas network, Northwest of Newton Abbott in Devon. The diversion is required because of improvement works planned for the A382 between Trago and Whitehills. Long O Donnell will produce a detailed design report for Wales & West Utilities, covering elements that include mechanical equipment, electrical instrumentation, corrosion protection and structural design.
