'Bream' rating for the Network Services Centre

Bord Gais Eireann are undertaking the detailed design and construction of a new Network Services Centre, a 2 storey highly sustainable networks building set in a landscaped setting with 220 car parking spaces, located at Dubber Cross, Finglas. 

The building combines microclimate control, extensive external landscaping, and a compact building volume with low energy sustainable design. 

The new building will focus the Dublin operations of Bord Gáis Networks in one single location through the development of the Network Services Centre.

The design currently achieves a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’
