« Back to the Portfolio

Loughshinny is a seaside village between Skerries and Rush and Bord Gais Eireann are intending to construct a new 85/4 Bar 10kcmh AGI  at Loughshinny  to provide reinforcement to the distribution system.  This project is planned for completion by Bord Gais Eireann during 2011.

Holybrook AGI is also to be upgraded from a design capacity of 16.8kcmh to a new capacity of 30kcm, this also involves raising the minimum inlet pressure from 12 to 20 Bar.  As part of this same project, the heat exchangers, meter and outlet at Holybrook AGI are to be modified/upgraded.  Upgrade works also include replacement of the wooden louver doors with GRP doors & provision of acoustic vents.  A temporary PRS and PBU will be used to maintain a supply to distribution during the upgrade works.

Long O Donnell are currently providing Bord Gais Eireann with procurement services, including ITT preparation and on-going support as required.
