Our Chief Executive

To ensure that our business is being led correctly, we have in place a chief executive whose principal goals are to increase the brand profile and service offering of the business through strategic and structured development whilst maintaining a best in class service in an enjoyable workplace.

Our Chief Executive, Tom O’Donnell has a long and distinguished career within the infrastructure sector providing support to infrastructure owners, operators, contractors and their supply chain throughout the world. His expert knowledge in cost, procurement, project controls and delivery in this sector is invaluable to our business and his support in advancing our systems to support a lower carbon infrastructure sector is unrivalled.

A Chartered Surveyor by profession Tom now concentrates on ensuring that Long O Donnell Associates is achieving its business aims. Alongside this role Tom is Chairman of the RICS Infrastructure Forum, a Board member of the UK World Region of the RICS Quantity Surveying and Construction Division and a Board member for the North West Region of the RICS.

Our Senior Management

We ensure that we have the most appropriate people at senior management level structuring our current services and nurturing our workforce. They receive a broad range of Leadership and Management training in areas that are only embraced by senior managers so that they are equipped with those new attributes to successfully build upon what we have in place
